Welcome to Nature & Sound LLC. By accessing this website, booking a session, attending an event, or purchasing any services offered through Nature & Sound LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

These terms are intended to create a clear and respectful understanding between both parties while supporting a smooth experience for all involved.

Services

Nature & Sound LLC offers sound bath experiences, guided meditation sessions, private wellness events, community gatherings, digital content, and related wellness-based services.

All experiences are intended to support relaxation, mindfulness, and personal well-being.

Services are not medical treatment, mental health care, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

Booking & Payment

Payment is required to secure a booking.

For private events and group experiences, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. Remaining balances must be paid within the timeframe outlined in the client’s service agreement.

All payments made to Nature & Sound LLC are final and non-refundable.

In place of refunds, rescheduling may be offered with appropriate notice and at the discretion of Nature & Sound LLC.

Nature & Sound LLC reserves the right to cancel or decline bookings at its discretion.

Rescheduling

For private bookings, rescheduling requests should be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date whenever possible.

In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, both parties agree to communicate openly to coordinate an alternative date when appropriate.

Wellness Disclaimer

All services and content provided by Nature & Sound LLC are intended for educational, relaxation, and wellness purposes only.

Participation is voluntary, and each individual is responsible for listening to their body and participating at their own comfort level.

If you have any medical conditions, sound sensitivities, epilepsy, pregnancy-related concerns, mental health conditions, injuries, or other health concerns, you are encouraged to consult with a qualified healthcare professional prior to participating.

Nature & Sound LLC does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in services offered through Nature & Sound LLC, you acknowledge and accept personal responsibility for your well-being during and after the experience.

Nature & Sound LLC is not liable for:

Injuries or physical discomfort
Emotional responses or adverse reactions
Allergic reactions
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
Delays, interruptions, or circumstances outside of reasonable control

Participation in any service is at your own discretion.

Media Release

Photos or short video clips may occasionally be captured during sessions, events, or experiences for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and related materials.

Guests who prefer not to appear in media content may notify Nature & Sound LLC in advance, and reasonable efforts will be made to respect those preferences.
