Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 2/1/2026

Nature & Sound LLC values thoughtful preparation, presence, and the time reserved for each experience.

The following policy helps support clear expectations for all bookings and events.

Private & Group Experiences

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all private and group bookings.

All payments made to Nature & Sound LLC are final and non-refundable.

If plans change, rescheduling may be available with at least 7 days’ notice and is subject to availability.

In the case of severe weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, open communication is appreciated so an alternative date may be arranged when appropriate.

Remaining balances for private experiences are due within the timeframe outlined in the client’s service agreement.

Community Sound Baths & Public Events

The following cancellation terms apply only to community sound baths and public events directly hosted by Nature & Sound LLC.

For events hosted through partner venues, studios, wellness spaces, or third-party platforms, the cancellation and refund policies of that venue or platform may apply.

Tickets for community sound baths and public events directly hosted by Nature & Sound LLC may be canceled for a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the event.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may also contact Nature & Sound LLC in advance to request a transfer to a future session when possible.

Transfer requests are not guaranteed and are handled at the discretion of Nature & Sound LLC.

Late Arrivals

For private group experiences, a 10-minute grace period will be allowed for guest arrival.

The full session duration will be honored within this grace period. If the session begins beyond the 10-minute grace period due to late arrivals, only the additional grace period time may be added to the end of the session when schedule and availability allow.

Cancellations by Nature & Sound LLC

Nature & Sound LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to illness, emergencies, unsafe weather conditions, venue-related issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

If a cancellation occurs on the part of Nature & Sound LLC, clients will be offered either:

A rescheduled date, or
A full refund of payments made for the affected service
